Make a Hotel Lobby duet starring you and a friend, starting with photos you already have. Migos AI lets you select two people from a group photo or upload separate portraits, arrange their positions, and set their performance roles.
This guide follows that setup through to a downloadable video. The default settings produce a 12-second vertical clip at 720p, using the selected template section as the performance reference.

The performance behind the trend
The orange studio look comes from Quavo and Takeoff’s Hotel Lobby performance on A COLORS SHOW. AI versions put other people into a similar duet setting. The steps below use the built-in Hotel Lobby template.
1 Select your two performers
Open Hotel Lobby AI and choose Use a group photo instead. Move the two selection frames over yourself and your friend, then confirm. You can prepare both performer images inside the tool without first exporting separate crops in a photo editor.
For a birthday picture with six people, select just the pair you want in the video. Choose a photo where both faces are clear and easy to recognize. If someone is small, blurred, or hidden, use a clearer portrait. You can also upload two individual photos taken separately.
2 Arrange your positions and roles
Choose who stands on the left and right, then assign Lead and Support. These roles tell the AI how you want the pair to perform. For example, assign your friend the lead to request that they take the main part while you react alongside them. The result can vary; these settings do not assign individual lyrics or guarantee a specific gesture.
Use Swap positions to exchange sides. Each person keeps their assigned role, so you can change the composition without setting the roles again.
3 Choose the clip and its sound
Keep Hotel Lobby mode selected and choose a section of the built-in reference. Start with the default 12-second, 720p, 9:16 setup for a short vertical video.
The default Reference audio setting uses the sound from your selected template section. Listen to the template before generating so you know which audio will accompany the clip. Choose Silent if you want a video without an audio track. Adding different music afterward changes the soundtrack without regenerating the mouth movements.
4 Check the price and generate
The default Standard, 720p, 12-second video costs 10 credits. If you have no credits, the smallest one-time pack currently costs $9.90 for 10 credits, enough for one generation at those settings, with no subscription required. See current plans and prices.
Select MAKE OUR RAP VIDEO, sign in if prompted, and buy credits if needed. Review the final quote, then select Generate. Different settings can change the cost. Completed videos are charged, and generating another version uses more credits.
Follow the task in the studio or return to My Videos to check its progress.
5 Watch and save the result
Watch the full clip with sound. Check both faces during movement, their positions, and whether the performance matches your idea.
Download the completed paid video as an MP4 from My Videos before its displayed expiry date. Open the saved file before sending it to your friend or sharing it with the group.
To build a performance around your own material, explore the separate Your own audio and Your own video modes.
