How many videos can I make with a plan?
Estimates use Standard, 720p, and 12 seconds (10 credits per video). Your model, resolution, and clip length affect the cost, which you’ll see before generating.
Can I download my videos? Do they have a watermark?
Download completed paid videos as MP4s from My Videos, without the preview watermark and at your chosen resolution. Download before the expiry date shown there.
Open My VideosWhat if generation fails or I’m not happy with the result?
Generation failed: Once failure is confirmed, reserved credits that haven’t expired return to your balance.
Result isn’t what you wanted: Completed videos are charged. Generating a new version uses more credits; you’ll see the cost before confirming.
Do my credits expire?
Credit packs: Never expire.
Monthly plans: Credits expire at the end of each billing month and don’t roll over.
Yearly plans: All credits arrive at once and expire at the end of that billing year.
Do subscriptions renew automatically? How do I cancel?
Subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel future renewals from Subscription → Manage Subscription in your account. Remaining credits stay usable until they expire. One-time packs don’t renew.
